Frequently asked questions

How do I pair the ring with my phone?

Tap "Add device" in MemoMind and hold the ring near your phone. Pairing uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE); afterwards, the ring reconnects automatically whenever your phone is near.

My recordings haven't synced — what should I do?

When your phone isn't around, recordings are stored in the ring's 32 MB offline storage and transfer back automatically on reconnect. If syncing seems stuck, make sure MemoMind is running in the background and Bluetooth is on, then keep the ring near your phone for a moment.

How do I find my ring size?

MemoRing comes in US sizes 7 to 14 — eight sizes in all. Choose the size for the finger you usually wear a ring on.

What's the return policy?

Returns and exchanges follow the applicable standards in your country or region.

How do I manage my membership?

Membership is purchased and managed in MemoMind, and you can cancel anytime. The Free plan includes 300 minutes of transcription a month; see the membership page for all three plans and allowances.

What is the waitlist, and what happens when I join?

The waitlist is MemoRing's priority list. You'll be the first to hear about launch, pricing, and sizing, and you'll get priority access to purchase. We use your email for product updates only — nothing else.

How do I get the ring to do things for me?

Press and hold the ring and say what needs doing, like “Send today's notes to the team.” The assistant drafts the email, event or to-do from your recordings and follows the approval setting you choose in MemoMind's AI settings. First connect the service you need, such as Gmail or Calendar, in MemoMind.

Which services can MemoMind connect to?

In MemoMind's Connections, you can search for and connect 1300+ services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Notion and Slack. The assistant never deletes your content in those services, and you can disconnect any of them at any time. About connections

Can I ask about my recordings in ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Authorize once by following the steps on the Connect Your AI page, then just ask in the chat. In ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, search for MemoMind in the connector directory; other MCP-compatible tools can use the connection address on that page. See the steps

Can I delete or export my recordings?

Yes. You can delete your recordings at any time, and export any recording — share it as text, or together with the audio. Read the privacy promise
