Frequently asked questions
How do I pair the ring with my phone?
Tap "Add device" in the MemoRing app and hold the ring near your phone. Pairing uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE); afterwards, the ring reconnects automatically whenever your phone is near.
My recordings haven't synced — what should I do?
When your phone isn't around, recordings are stored in the ring's 32 MB offline storage and transfer back automatically on reconnect. If syncing seems stuck, make sure the app is running in the background and Bluetooth is on, then keep the ring near your phone for a moment.
How do I find my ring size?
A sizing program (sizing kit in the works) will be available at launch so the ring you receive fits from day one. Waitlist members hear about sizing and availability first.
What's the return policy?
Return and exchange terms will be published at launch. Our principle: you should be able to try MemoRing with confidence.
How do I manage my membership?
Membership pricing and management will be announced before launch, and you'll manage everything right in the app. See the membership page.
What is the waitlist, and what happens when I join?
The waitlist is MemoRing's priority list. You'll be the first to hear about launch, pricing, and sizing, and you'll get priority access to purchase. We use your email for product updates only — nothing else.
